Terms & Conditions – Six Stars BOUNCE LLC

Effective Date: 04/01/2025

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of bounce house rentals and services provided by Six Stars BOUNCE LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to the individual or entity (“you” or “renter”) who books a rental.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required prior to setup.

  • A completed waiver must be signed by the adult reserving the rental.

  • Payment methods accepted include credit card, Venmo, Zelle, or cash.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit but can be credited toward a future rental.

  • No refunds will be issued if equipment has already been delivered or set up.

3. Weather Policy

  • Inflatables will not be set up in severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, wind over 15 mph, lightning).

  • You may reschedule or cancel with no penalty due to weather if done prior to setup.

  • Once the unit is delivered or set up, no refunds are given for weather-related changes.

4. Setup Requirements

  • Renter must provide a flat, clear, debris-free surface.

  • Gate or access point must be at least 48 inches wide.

  • A standard electrical outlet must be available within 75 feet unless a generator is rented.

  • For wet units, a working garden hose must be provided.

5. Use of Equipment

  • Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment is in use.

  • Renter agrees to enforce all safety rules provided.

  • No food, drinks, shoes, sharp objects, pets, silly string, confetti, or fireworks allowed in or near the inflatable.

  • Equipment must not be overloaded or used improperly.

6. Damage & Liability

  • Renter is responsible for any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or violation of safety rules.

  • Renter agrees to release Six Stars BOUNCE LLC from all liability for injuries or property damage.

  • Any excessive mess or damage may result in a cleaning or repair fee.

7. Insurance & Waiver

  • Renter agrees to sign a liability waiver covering all event participants.

  • Waiver is required before setup and may be completed digitally.

8. Limitation of Liability

Six Stars BOUNCE LLC is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, power failure, or delays due to events outside our control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
