Are your rentals clean and safe?

Absolutely! Every bounce house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between rentals using commercial-grade disinfectant. We take safety seriously—our inflatables are inspected and sanitized before every setup to give you peace of mind.

Are your bounce houses lead-free and safe to use?

Yes! All of our units are made from 100% lead-free, commercial-grade vinyl. Safety isn’t optional—it’s a requirement. Our equipment meets industry standards to ensure your children play in a secure and worry-free environment.

What types of events do you service?

We bring the bounce to birthdays, school events, fundraisers, church gatherings, family reunions, sports banquets, grand openings, and more! If you’re celebrating, we’re here to help make it extra fun.

How many children can play in a bounce house at once?

Each unit has specific occupancy and weight limits, which will be shared with you before setup. For safety, we recommend grouping children by similar age and size and always having an adult supervising.

How much does it cost to rent?

Our rental rates vary depending on the inflatable and rental length, but we strive to keep prices competitive and affordable. Visit our Booking page to view current pricing or request a custom quote.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and warmer months. Rentals fill up quickly! If you have a specific date in mind, don’t wait—pre-booking is available.

How do I request a quote or book?

It’s easy! Just click the Book Now button on our website and fill out the request form. We’ll review your details and follow up to confirm availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Venmo, Zelle, cash, or card payments. Full payment is required before setup begins on the day of your event.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, Washington State sales tax applies, and your quote will reflect the tax rate based on your location. If you're tax-exempt, let us know and send over your EIN and documentation prior to the event.

Do you deliver and set up the bounce houses?

Yes—we offer full delivery, setup, and takedown for every rental. We’ll confirm your delivery window ahead of time and arrive ready to handle everything so you can enjoy the party.

What access or setup requirements should I know?

The setup area must be flat and clear of sharp objects, debris, and pet waste. A gate or entry at least 48" wide is needed. The area must be near a standard power outlet (within 75 ft), or you can rent a generator from us. For wet bounce houses, a connected garden hose must be provided by the renter.

What happens if it rains?

You may cancel or reschedule due to weather with no penalty if done at least 48 hours before your event. If the unit has already been delivered or set up, refunds will not be issued.

What if I lose power during the rental?

If your blower stops running, remove all children immediately and check your circuit breaker. If the issue continues, contact us right away. Blowers must run continuously to keep the inflatable fully inflated.

How much electricity does the bounce house use?

Each blower uses about the same power as a household appliance—roughly 14¢ per hour. They require a standard outlet and must run the entire time the inflatable is in use.

Can your units be set up indoors?

Yes! We can set up indoors in gyms, halls, churches, or large event spaces with high enough ceilings. Let us know the height and type of flooring when you book.

Do you only set up on grass?

We can set up on grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, or indoors. Please let us know the surface type when booking so we can bring the right anchoring system (stakes or sandbags).

Can I use a hose or water with any bounce house?

Only if the unit is designed for water use! We have several wet combo and slide units available—just make sure you have a garden hose ready on-site. Using water with dry units is not allowed.

Is it safe to use water near electrical equipment?

Yes—as long as we use a GFCI-protected outlet and cords are kept away from water. We take precautions during setup to ensure wet units are safe and secure.

Should I tip the delivery team?

Tipping isn’t required, but it’s always appreciated! Our team works hard to ensure a smooth, clean, and on-time setup for your event.

Why is adult supervision required?

Even with safety features, bounce houses must be watched carefully. A responsible adult should be present at all times to enforce the rules and prevent rough play, climbing, or overcrowding.
